Welcome to pk500. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk500 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk500 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the pk500 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk500 platform.

pk500 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms apply to all players accessing pk500 from Pakistan and all other permitted jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.

To register and use the pk500 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the pk500 platform or any related platform operated by pk500's parent entity.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pk500. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your pk500 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

pk500 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at registration, at the time of withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account ownership).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk500 may result in temporary suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk500 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

pk500 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk500 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk500 immediately at [email protected]. pk500 will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification where such losses resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All transactions on pk500 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk500 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at pk500's sole discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk500 account balance in real time in the case of JazzCash and EasyPaisa, or within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfer methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on account status and verification level.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer methods. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to pk500's anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• pk500 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• pk500 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• In cases of suspected fraud or AML concerns, pk500 may freeze a withdrawal request pending investigation for up to thirty (30) days.

pk500 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable across all pk500 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 or over who have completed the required verification steps.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pk500 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements of already-claimed bonuses will continue to apply.
• Claiming multiple accounts to receive duplicate bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• pk500 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse and to take appropriate action.

All wagers placed on the pk500 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game and betting rules published within the relevant sections of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all pk500 services:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• pk500 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as the result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event or game, pk500's decision, based on the official result from the relevant governing body or game provider, shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed prior to bet confirmation and may vary by market, event, and player account status.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant developments in the relevant event. Bets placed prior to suspension will be honoured unless the suspension was triggered by a manifest error.
• PSL cricket betting and all other sportsbook markets are subject to the official results as published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL events).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk500 platform. pk500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any associated balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any other point during use of the platform.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotional credits in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, commonly referred to as bonus abuse or matched betting.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk500 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the pk500 platform in a manner not intended for human recreational use.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after depositing funds into your pk500 account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.

All content on the pk500 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game assets, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk500 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk500 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any pk500 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the pk500 platform.
• Use the pk500 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk500 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk500 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, pk500 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime caused by factors beyond pk500's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to rule violations.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the pk500 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude pk500's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pk500 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account with pk500, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk500 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

pk500 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk500 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address a security concern.

Your continued use of the pk500 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting pk500 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk500 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, pk500 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. pk500 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk500's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from pk500 customer support.
